摘　　要：物流产业的发展是我国国民经济高质量发展的基础。文章以物流企业并购的动因分析为主体,探究物流企业并购对物流产业发展的影响,首先基于PEST模型对物流产业的环境进行了分析,了解了物流产业的发展现状,随后以SF控股并购JL物流为例对物流企业并购的动因进行分析,最终阐述了物流企业并购的经济影响。研究表明,物流企业并购在拓宽了企业业务范围的同时扩大了企业的经营规模,有效提升了企业的竞争力,为物流企业的多元化发展带来了实质性意义。与此同时,该并购行为推动了物流产业格局的变化,加快了绿色物流发展的步伐。The development of logistics industry is the foundation of high-quality development of our national economy.Based on the analysis of the motivation of merger and acquisition of logistics enterprises,this paper probes into the influence of M&A of logistics enterprises on the development of logistics industry,and firstly analyzes the environment of logistics industry based on PEST model,so as to understand the status quo of the development of logistics industry.Then,the paper takes SF holding'acquisition of JL logistics as an example to analyze the motivation of logistics enterprise M&A,and finally elaborates the economic impact of logistics enterprise M&A.The research shows that the M&A of logistics enterprises not only broadens the business scope of the enterprises,but also expands the scale of the enterprises,effectively improves the competitiveness of the enterprises,and brings substantial significance to the diversified development of logistics enterprises.At the same time,the M&A has promoted the change of logistics industry pattern and quickened the pace of green logistics development.
