小型公共图书馆建设地方特色资源的实践与思考--以上思县图书馆为例

摘　　要：上思县地处广西南部,常住人口大部分为壮族,地域历史悠久。上思县图书馆依托当地特色资源,转变认识、选准目标、多方联合、科学规划,历经十余年,收集不辍,取得了丰富的建设成果,如地方特色图片、上思山歌、上思壮话小品和文艺表演等特色资源。上思县图书馆注重已建成地方特色资源的推广和使用,取得了良好的社会效益。Shangsi County is located in the southern part of Guangxi,with a majority of its population being Zhuang people.The area has a long history and rich cultural heritage.The Shangsi County Library has been able to build on these local resources by changing its perception,setting targets,collaborating with various parties,and scientifically planning for over a decade.Through relentless collection efforts,the library has achieved a wealth of construction results,such as local characteristic pictures,Shangsi mountain songs,comedic performances in the Zhuang language,and artistic performances.The Shangsi County Library has emphasized the promotion and use of these characteristic resources and has achieved good social benefits.
