摘  要:为确定在全氟丁烷磺酸(PFBS)胁迫下两种耐受菌胞外聚合物(EPS)的组分变化特征,从阜新某氟化工污水处理厂污泥中分离出两种PFBS耐受菌株,通过生长量(OD600)和代谢活性(ETSA)测定、16S rDNA序列系统发育树分析、总有机碳测定、PFBS去除率测定、三维荧光光谱和红外光谱分析,研究了100μg·L^(-1) PFBS胁迫下两菌株的生长量与代谢活性,EPS产量、组成特征、官能团的变化及其对PFBS的去除作用。结果表明:这两种耐受菌被鉴定为Pseudomonas(假单胞菌属)和Serratia(沙雷氏菌属),它们能在100μg·L^(-1) PFBS胁迫下正常生长,且对PFBS均有去除效果,去除率分别为33.18%和19.95%,在100μg·L^(-1) PFBS胁迫下,两种耐受菌的EPS产量、蛋白质含量、多糖含量均降低,而蛋白质/多糖比值增加,EPS的蛋白峰(色氨酸和酪氨酸)、腐植酸和富里酸强度均降低,C O、O H和N H等官能团峰强度降低。研究表明100μg·L^(-1) PFBS对两种耐受菌株的EPS组分有抑制作用。To determine the characterization of the component changes in extracellular polymers(EPS)of two tolerant strains under perfluorobutane sulfonic acid(PFBS)stress,two PFBS-tolerant strains were isolated from fluorochemical wastewater treatment plant sludge in Fuxin.Through growth optical density(OD600)and electron transport system activity(ETSA)determination,tree analysis,total organic carbon determination,PFBS removal rate determination,three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy analysis,we studied their growth and metabolic activity,EPS production,compositional characteristics,changes in functional groups and removal of PFBS under 100μg·L^(-1) PFBS stress.The study showed that two identified strains,Pseudomonas sp.and Serratia sp.,were able to grow under 100μg·L^(-1) PFBS stress,and were effective in removing PFBS,with the removal rates of 33.18%and 19.95%respectively.When the PFBS concentration is 100μg·L^(-1),EPS concentration,protein content,and polysaccharide content of the two strains decreased,and the protein/polysaccharide ratio increased.The protein peaks(tryptophan and tyrosine)and humic acid and fulvic acid intensity of EPS decreased,and the intensity of functional groups such as C O,O H and N H decreased.The above results indicate that 100μg·L^(-1) PFBS inhibited the EPS components of the two resistant strains.
