摘　　要：基础体能筛查(Fundamental Capacity Screen,FCS)于2016年在美国诞生,是功能性动作系统(Functional Movement Systems,FMS)中的新型筛查工具,它从动作控制(Movement Control,包含下肢运动控制与上肢运动控制)、姿势控制(Postural Control)、爆发力控制(Explosive Control)、冲击力控制(Impact Control)四个方面的动作表现来表达个体对动作的读写能力与身体智慧的利用。筛查结果从受试者对称性、稳定性、力量等方面对基本运动能力进行评估,帮助受试者找到身体基本运动能力的薄弱环节,为未来的专项技能习得、专项体能水平提高、损伤风险评估找到努力方向。本研究综述了基础体能筛查(FCS)的背景、起源、基本原理、筛查和评价方法、应用现状与价值以及建议与发展前景,让更多专业教练、科研人员以及健身指导员等从业者了解其应用原理与方法。Fundamental Capacity Screen(FCS)was born in the United States in 2016.It is a new screening tool in Functional Movement Systems(FMS).It includes movement control(including lower limb movement control and upper limb movement control),posture control,explosive control,impact control to express the individual's ability of reading and writing of the action,and the use of body wisdom.The screening results from the symmetry,stability and strength etc.of the subjects to evaluate the basic sports ability,help the subjects to find the weak link of the basic sports ability of the body,and find the direction for the future special skills acquisition,special physical ability level improvement and injury risk assessment.This study summarizes the background,origin,basic principles,screening and evaluation methods,application status and value,suggestion and development prospects of Fundamental Capacity Screen(FCS),so that more physical fitness coaches,researchers and professional coaches,researchers and fitness coaches can understand its application principles and methods.
