车机与空调HIL交互测试研究

摘  要:为保证汽车车机与空调交互功能的可靠性,分析车机与空调的交互控制策略,基于dSPACE实时系统设计车机与空调HIL交互测试方案,利用车机、空调的接口定义表进行I/O模型配置,并建立资源映射关系的信号列表,按照交互控制功能模块开发上位机测试界面,根据功能设计规范开发测试用例,通过上位机模拟车机与空调交互的各种工况。经验证,车机与空调交互功能测试和故障诊断测试通过,确保了车机与空调的交互功能和故障诊断功能的可靠性。In order to ensure the reliability of the interactive function between the entertainment communication system and air conditioning,the interactive control strategy between the entertainment communication system and air conditioning was analyzed.Based on dSPACE real-time system,HIL interactive test scheme between the entertainment communication system and air conditioner was designed,and the interface definition table between the entertainment communication system and air conditioning was used to configure the I/O model,and the signal list of resource mapping relationship was established.According to the interactive control function module,the upper computer test interface was developed.According to the functional design specification,the test cases were developed.It has been verified that the interactive function test and fault diagnosis test of the entertainment communication system and air conditioning were passed,which ensured the reliability of the interactive function and fault diagnosis function of the entertainment communication system and air conditioning.
