摘 要:亚洲首座Nereda^(®)好氧颗粒污泥污水处理厂(AGS-WWTP)在浙江省龙游县落地,并取得了良好的成效。好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)在长期运行过程中会形成稳定的粒径和元素组成,微生物群落结构发生演变并趋于平衡。为探究实际污水处理厂长期运行中产生的AGS与一般活性污泥(AS)的差异,通过有机元素分析和胞外聚合物(EPS)分析探究了AGS与AS在成分上的差异,通过高通量测序探究了AGS与AS在微生物群落组成上的不同。结果表明,相比于AS,AGS的有机成分相差不大,但是含有更丰富的EPS。AGS含有与AS不同的优势菌种,在AGS形成过程中γ变形菌(Gammaproteobacteria)、亚硝化螺旋菌(Nitrospirota)、Candidatus competibacter等能够进行脱氮的菌群得到富集;AGS中微生物种群多样性明显减少,表明AGS形成过程中会淘汰部分种群,从而降低污泥中微生物种群的多样性,同时功能菌群在此过程中得到富集。Asia’s first Nereda^(®) aerobic granular sludge sewage treatment plant(AGS-WWTP)was established in Longyou County,Zhejiang Province,and achieved good results.Aerobic granular sludge(AGS)formed stable par-ticle sizes and element compositions during long-term operation,and the microbial community structure evolved and tended to be balance.In order to explore the differences between AGS and general activated sludge(AS)generated in the long-term operation of sewage treatment plants,the difference of the composition of AGS and AS were ex-plored through organic element analysis and extracellular polymers(EPS)analysis.The difference of microbial com-munity structure between AGS and AS were analyzed by the high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that AGS was not much different from AS in organic composition,but contained more abundant EPS.The dominant mi-crobes in AGS and AS were different.During the process of AGS formation,the bacteria groups capable of denitrifi-cation such as Gammaproteobacteria,Nitrospirota and Candidatus competibacter were enriched.The diversity of mi-crobial populations in AGS was significantly reduced,indicating that some populations would be eliminated during the formation of AGS,thereby reducing the diversity of microbial populations in sludge.At the same time,the func-tional flora was enriched during this process.
