摘　　要：党的十九大报告将建设“现代供应链”上升为国家战略,国家电网有限公司提出绿色数智供应链战略,对供应链的建设和发展提出了更高的要求。本文基于当前客户需求的差异化特点,国网上海市电力公司物资公司以满足客户差异化物资需求为目标,建立了供应链柔性运营模式框架。未来,该模式在国网系统内部乃至其他行业的全面推广,能够推动供应链柔性运营模式的进一步深化应用,为客户差异化需求提供高质量的物资供应服务。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party elevated the construction of“modern supply chain”to a national strategy,and the State Grid Corporation proposed the strategy of a green digital intelligence supply chain,which has put forward higher requirements for the construction and development of the supply chain.In this paper,based on the diff erentiated characteristics of current customer demands,the Material Company of State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company has established a framework for fl exible supply chain operation models to meet the diff erentiated demands of customers.In the future,the models are fully promoted within the State Grid system and even in other industries,they can promote the further deepening of the application of the supply chain fl exible operation models and provide high-quality material supply services for customers’diff erentiated demands.
