摘　　要：目的观察疾病控制机构卫生微生物检验质量与管理措施效果。方法统计2021年8月—2022年8月疾病预防控制中心微生物检验期间,检验环境、检验结果异常、检验人员素质差、检验设备不符合规定事件评估,共有240例次,将2021年8月—2022年2月期间的120例次作为实施前,开展常规管理,将2022年3—8月期间的120例次作为实施后,开展微生物检验的质量与管理控制措施,涵盖环境监测、体系构建与检验人员综合能力改善。结果实施前检验环境不合格有25份,实施后仅有3份,实施前检验结果异常23份,实施后仅有2份,实施前检验人员素质差有28份,实施后仅有4份,实施前检验设备不符合规定30份,实施后仅有3份,以上指标实施前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强对工作人员的专业知识培训,按时对实验室设备进行保养,实施严格的质量保证体系,营造良好的实验室环境,能有效增强疾控机构卫生微生物检验质量与控制管理效果。Objective To observe the effect of health microbiological testing quality and management measures in disease control institutions.Methods From August 2021 to August 2022,the inspection environment,abnormal test results,poor quality of inspection personnel,inspection equipment does not meet the requirements of the event assessment,a total of 240 cases.The 120 microbiological test materials from August 2021 to March 2022,routine management was carried out before implementation.The 120 microbiological test materials from March to August 2022,the quality and management control measures of microbiological test were carried out,covering environmental monitoring,system construction and improvement of comprehensive ability of inspectors.Results Before the the implementation of the inspection environment unqualified 25 copies,after the implementation of only 3,before the implementation of the test results abnormal 23,after the implementation of only 2,before the implementation of the poor quality of test personnel have 28,after the implementation of only 4,before the implementation of the test equipment does not meet the provisions of 30,after the implementation of only 3,the obove indicators were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening professional knowledge training for staff,timely maintenance of laboratory equipment,implementing a strict quality assurance system,and creating a good laboratory environment can effectively enhance the quality and control management effectiveness of microbiological testing in disease control institutions.
