摘 要:目的探讨风险管理模式在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月淄博市中心医院消化内科护理人员50名,2019年1—12月实施常规管理设为对照组,2020年1—12月实施风险管理设为观察组,比较两组护理质量、风险事件发生率、被表扬及投诉发生率、护理管理模式满意度情况。结果观察组基础护理、服务态度、病房管理、操作规范性得分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组风险事件发生率、被投诉事件发生率均比对照组低,被表扬事件发生率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理管理的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科护理管理中应用风险管理模式,可有效提升护理管理满意度,降低风险事件。Objective To explore the application effect of risk management model in nursing management of gastroenterology department.Methods 50 nursing personnel from the Department of Gastroenterology of Zibo Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and set them as a control group from January 2019 to December 2019 when implementing routine management,and set them as an observation group when implementing risk management from January 2020 to December 2020.To compare nursing quality,incidence of risk events,incidence of praise and complaints,and satisfaction with nurisng management mode.Results The scores of basic nursing,service attitude,ward management,and operational standardization in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events and complaints in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the incidence of praise events was higher in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with nursing management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the risk management model in nursing management of digestive medicine can effectively improve nurisng management satisfaction and reduce risk events.
