摘  要:目的探讨将翻转课堂教学模式与基于问题的教学法、案例教学法、团队协作教学法(PCT)联合起来的综合教学方法在普通外科教学中的应用效果。方法从2019年9月—2021年6月在解放军总医院第七医学中心普通外科学习的“三生”中,按照随机方法选取80名作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,每组40名。研究组采用翻转课堂联合PCT综合教学法,对照组采用传统的教学方法,比较两组学生出科考核成绩及教学效果评价等指标。结果研究组学生出科考核成绩中,理论知识、临床技能、病例分析及病历书写成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学内容对学生的吸引度、提高对理论知识的掌握度、提高临床实践操作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组提高自主学习能力、提高查阅文献能力、提高团队沟通及协作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论翻转课堂联合PCT综合教学法能有效提高学生的综合能力和教学满意度,值得在临床教学中深入推广和应用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of an integrated teaching method combining the flipped classroom teaching model with problem-based teaching method,case teaching method,and teamwork teaching method(PCT)in teaching general surgery.Methods From September 2019 to June 2021,80"three students"studying in general surgery at the Seventh Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital were selected according to a randomized method and divided into a study group and a control group,with 40 students in each group.The study group adopted the integrated teaching method of flipped classroom and PCT,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The students of the two groups were compared in terms of their performance in the exit examination and the evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Results In the exit assessment scores of students in the study group,theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,case analysis and medical record writing scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's scores of attractiveness of teaching contents to students,improvement of mastery of theoretical knowledge,and improvement of clinical practice ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group's scores of improvement of independent learning ability,improvement of literature review ability,and improvement of team communication and collaboration ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with PCT integrated teaching method can effectively improve students'comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction,which is worth promoting and applying in clinical teaching in depth.
