摘 要:急危重症护理学是一门应用性和综合性极强的临床学科,教学内容涵盖院前救护、急诊救护和重症救护三个救护环节,且急危重症患者多伴有器官功能障碍等症状,在临床诊断治疗时涉及多个学科的基础理论知识,明显增加了临床带教、专业课程教授的困难程度。为提高临床带教质量,使护理专业本科生可以更好地、全面地了解掌握患者病情,对疾病治疗护理有一定的整体思路,在专业课程教授过程中需结合多学科临床实际病例资料进行讲解、讨论。因此先进的教学模式可促进学生对于临床理论知识及实践技能有全面地了解和掌握。本文主要对近年来研究报道中常用的急危重症护理学临床教学模式进行归纳和总结,为以后的急危重症护理学临床教学模式研究提供一些参考。Emergency and critical care is a highly applied and comprehensive clinical discipline.The teaching content covers three rescue links:pre-hospital rescue,emergency rescue and critical care,and most patients with acute and critical diseases have symptoms such as organ dysfunction.The basic theoretical knowledge of multiple disciplines is involved in clinical diagnosis and treatment,which significantly increases the difficulty of clinical teaching and professional course teaching.In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching,so that undergraduate nursing students can better understand and master the patient's condition,and have a certain overall idea of disease treatment and nursing,in the process of teaching professional courses,it is necessary to explain and discuss with the multidisciplinary clinical actual case data.Therefore,advanced teaching mode can promote students to have a comprehensive understanding and mastery of clinical theoretical knowledge and practical skills.This article mainly summarizes the clinical teaching models of emergency and critical care commonly used in recent research reports,and provides some references for future research on clinical teaching models of emergency and critical care.
