大学生创新创业计划项目的管理实践探索——以天津理工大学材料科学与工程学院为例

摘　　要：开展大学生创新创业计划项目(简称“大创项目”)对于培养学生自主创新创业能力具有重要意义,也是从源头激发青年群体创新意识和创业热情的重要手段。虽然大创项目已经发展多年,但在项目管理过程中仍存在不少问题,包括学生、教师、管理部门和管理制度等各个层面。文章就大创项目实施现状中各层面出现的集中性问题进行分析讨论并提出解决对策,同时以天津理工大学材料科学与工程学院在项目管理过程中的实践为探索基础,总结学院在项目管理中围绕学生培养为目标所进行的一系列积极举措,为更好落实OBE理念,进一步提高项目对学生个体化创新创业能力培养的作用分享经验。It is of great significance to carry out college students’innovation and entrepreneurship program(hereinafter referred to as"big innovation project")to cultivate students’independent innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and also an important means to stimulate young people’s innovation awareness and entrepreneurship enthusiasm from the source.Although the big innovation project has developed for many years,there are still many problems in the project management process,including students,teachers,management departments and management systems.This paper analyzes and discusses the centralized problems at all levels in the implementation of the big innovation project and puts forward solutions.At the same time,based on the practice of the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Tianjin University of Technology in the project management process,this paper summarizes a series of positive measures taken by the school in the project management around the goal of student training,in order to better implement the OBE concept and further improve the role of the project in cultivation of students’individual innovation and entrepreneurship ability and share experience.
