摘 要:产教融合作为一条航空应用型本科院校新的发展之路,企业对于院校人才的培养质量,尤其是在毕业生的技能水平、团队意识、工程能力、风险意识以及责任意识方面提出更高的要求。而实验教学作为对接行业需求的桥梁,改革势在必行。依据能力本位教育(Competency Based Education,CBE)理论开展行业调研,明确产教融合视阈下的实验教学目的。实验环节的实现又充分融入构思-设计-实现-运作(Conceive Design Implement Operate,CDIO)理论,从实验任务构思、方法设计、项目实施和过程评价方面对传统实验教学中存在的以识代实、契合度不高、创新不足等现象进行改革探索。结合CBE-CDIO理念,通过探索与实践,总结并提出符合航空应用型本科院校的起落架减震系统的实验教学方法。The integration of production and education is a new development path for aviation application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and enterprises put forward higher requirements for the training quality of college talents,especially in the aspects of graduates’skill level,team consciousness,engineering ability,risk awareness and responsibility consciousness.Experimental teaching as a bridge to meet the needs of the industry,reform is imperative.According to Competency Based Education(CBE)theory,competency based education research was conducted to clarify the purpose of experimental teaching from the perspective of industry-education integration.The implementation of the experiment is fully integrated into the theory of Conceive Design Implement Operate(CDIO).From the aspects of experimental task conception,method design,project implementation and process evaluation,this paper explores the problems of substituting knowledge for reality,low compatibility and lack of innovation in traditional experimental teaching.Combining the concepts of CBE-CDIO,through exploration and practice,the experimental teaching methods of landing gear damping system in aviation application-oriented undergraduate universities are summarized and put forward.
