摘 要:运用AMESim软件进行调试仿真,对圆形孔口及不规则间隙两种节流口展开过流流量分析。首先,搭建孔口过流流量数学模型后,进一步搭建液压元件仿真模型,采用控制节流阀圆形开口当量直径大小的方式进行仿真,分别对比孔口面积与孔口两端的压差变化,分析流量的改变情况。其次,将流量数学模型套用到AMESim软件中,利用信号控制库搭建模型并仿真,将输出结果与液压元件库搭建模型的结果对比,进一步诠释了AMESim仿真软件的计算原理。再次,采用节流阀的压降-流量设定实现间隙流量仿真,并与前面的仿真结果进行对比。最后,介绍了以上两种节流设定方式在液压标准液压库及液压元件设计(Hydraulic Component Design,HCD)基本元件库中的运用。文章不但加深了学生对理论知识的理解,还熟悉了仿真软件的运用,同时为AMESim应用到液压理论教学中提供良好借鉴。The AMESim software is used for debugging and simulation,and the overflow of two kinds of orifice orifice and irregular gap orifice is analyzed.First of all,after establishing the orifice flow mathematical model,the simulation model of hydraulic components is further built,and the equivalent diameter of the throttle valve circular opening is simulated.Then,the orifice area and the pressure difference at both ends of the orifice are compared respectively to analyze the change of flow rate.Secondly,the mathematical flow model is applied to the AMESim software,and the signal control library is used to build the model and simulation,and the output results are compared with the results of the hydraulic component library to further interpret the calculation principle of the AMESim simulation software.In addition,the gap flow rate is simulated by the pressure drop-flow setting of the throttle valve,and the simulation results are compared with the previous results.Finally,the application of the above two throttling setting modes in the hydraulic standard hydraulic library and the Hydraulic Component Design(HCD)library basic component library is introduced,which not only deepens the students’understanding of theoretical knowledge.We are more familiar with the application of simulation software,and also provide a good reference for the application of AMESim in hydraulic theory teaching.
