摘  要:针对大中型货箱的存储需求,以节约、安全、高效为目标,设计一套柔性存储自动货柜控制系统。为满足大中型货箱的柔性存储,货柜采用方钢焊接的高稳定性框架结构,并在竖直方向采用等高隔档的机械结构;控制系统采用工控PC和DSP组成的上下位机架构,实现了人机交互、柔性存储规划、运动控制、状态检测等功能。针对单货箱入库问题,制定存放原则并提出三维度影响价值体系用于量化存储规划原则的符合程度;针对多货箱入库存储位置规划及其实时性要求,采用简化的遗传算法进行实时规划,实现了多货箱入库的柔性存储规划。To meet the storage requirements of large and medium-sized containers,a flexible storage automatic container control system is designed for economy,safety and efficiency.To fulfill the flexible storage of large and medium-sized containers,the containers are structured with a high-stability frame welded by square steel,and an equal-height mechanical structure is adopted in the vertical direction.The control system adopts the upper and lower computer architecture composed of industrial PC and DSP to realize functions of human-machine interaction,flexible memory planning,motion control and state detection.For single container warehousing,the storage principle is formulated and three-dimensional impact value system is put forward to quantify the conformity of the principle.For multi-container warehousing and its real-time requirement,a simplified genetic algorithm is applied for real-time planning,which realizes flexible storage planning for multi-container warehousing.
