摘 要:为解决商用车AMT行驶时换挡规律不合理、车辆重复换挡的问题,提出基于车辆质量估算的挡位决策控制策略。对商用车AMT系统的工作原理进行详细介绍;基于此系统对车辆的归一化负载进行分析;基于动能定理方法对车辆质量进行估算;基于车辆估算数据,找出AMT车辆的换挡规律,从而采取基于牵引力与行驶阻力的挡位选取方法对换挡期间的车速进行补偿。以某型AMT商用车为研究对象,进行实验测试。测试结果表明:采用以上质量估算方法的估算误差最大值为5.38%,最小值为1.78%。估算效果较好,可以有效防止车辆在行驶时的频繁换挡,达到车辆正常行驶目标。In order to solve the problem of unreasonable shift rule and repeated shiftings in commercial vehicle AMT driving,a shift decision and control strategy based on vehicle quality estimation is put forward.The working principle of commercial vehicle AMT system is introduced in detail;the normalized load of the vehicle is analyzed;the vehicle quality is estimated based on the kinetic energy theorem;according to the vehicle estimation data,the shift law of AMT vehicle is searched out to compensate the gear speed during shift based on traction and driving resistance.Actual experimental tests are conducted on an AMT commercial vehicle,with the results showing that the maximum estimation error,by the above quality estimation method,is 5.38%and the minimum 1.78%.The favourable estimation effect can effectively prevent the frequent gear shifting when driving and achieve the normal driving target of the vehicle.
