摘  要:为了加强材料类专业学生理解材料的制备与应用,本文基于超亲水材料的制备以及测试表征进行实验探究。通过酸刻蚀法和涂覆法制备超亲水材料,采用扫描电镜表征微观结构,并测试材料的接触角和油水分离效果。本实验课程有利于学生了解超亲水材料的制备方法,掌握材料结构与性能的关系,在实验实践中加深学生对材料基础知识的理解,提高分析和解决材料领域相关问题的能力。To enhance Materials Engineering students understanding of preparation and application of materials,the preparation and characterization of superhydrophilic material were experimental investigated.The materials were prepared by etching and subsequent modification methods.The microstructure were characterized by scan electron microscope.The contact angle and oil and water separation were tested.This comprehensive experimental course was beneficial for students to understand the preparation method of superhydrophilic material,grasp the relationship between the structure and properties of materials,deepen their understanding of basic knowledge of materials in experimental practice,and improve their ability to analyze and solve relevant problems in the material field.
