摘　　要：结合在民办高校进行课程思政建设的经验,以医学基础化学课程中绪论这一重要内容,如何进行专业知识与思政教育融合为例,从教学设计、教学实施和教学反馈三个方面,详细介绍了结合学生学业基础、以学生综合发展为中心,在教学目标中融入课程思政,实现知识、情感和思政目标有效达成的教学实践工作,以期为同类院校开展课程思政为理念的教学改革提供参考。Combined with the experience of the morality cultivation in course instruction in private university,taking the introduction class in Medical Basic Chemistry teaching as an example,the teaching practice of integrating morality cultivation into teaching objectives was introduced in detail,which realized the effective achievement of cooperation of Knowledge acquisition,emotional resonance and moral training from three aspects of teaching design,teaching implementation and teaching feedback,and which combined with students academic foundation and centered on students comprehensive development.This work was expected to provide reference for similar colleges and universities to carry out teaching reform with the concept of curriculum thought and politics.
