摘　　要：HDMI连接器在设计和生产制造中的要求非常的高,主要由于其结构复杂、精度要求高,还有其对电气性能有着较高的技术要求,市面上高品质的HDMI注射模和成熟的生产工艺较少。通过市面上常见的HDMI连接器的几个问题点进行深入分析和探讨,以其在生产制造中出现的系列问题进行搜集,结合鱼骨图工具进行分析,深层次探其根源,找出起泡问题的解决方法,为客户提升连接器产品品质提供技术支持。HDMI connector in the design and manufacturing requirements are very high,mainly due to its complex structure,high precision requirements,as well as its high technical requirements for electrical performance,so that the market of high-quality HDMI injection mold and mature production process is less,can learn from the technology is less.This paper mainly through the common HDMI connector on the market several problem points for in-depth analysis and discussion,in order to collect a series of problems in the production and manufacturing,combined with the fishbone diagram tool analysis,in-depth search for the root cause,to find out the solution strategy of bubbling problem,to provide technical support for customers to improve the quality of connector products.
