摘　　要：近年来,高校教学向多元化、培养创新能力方向发展,通过研究某典型高校近十年大学生心理疾病发病数据及其统计规律,分析了学习环境、生活环境等心理疾病影响因素,结合高校教学和实践方式,提出了与时俱进强化心理教育必修课、构建家校合作的心理疏导机制、建立多层次心理健康管理队伍、加强大学生社会责任感的教育、引导大学生形成主动自我情绪调节能力、多维度加强重点学生帮扶工作等6项措施并举的管控范式,全面做好学生的心理疏导工作,降低心理疾病发病率。In recent years,teaching in universities and colleges has gradually evolved toward diversification and cultivated students to be innovative and creative.Under this circumstance,mental health problems become the major issue among college students and is getting increasingly serious.In this paper,based on statistical data of a representative university during the past ten years,with special attention paid on the last three years,the study and living environments are analyzed to derive influential factors on campus life.On top of the analysis,novel teaching and practicing methods are put forward to strengthen the required courses of psychological education,to set up a psychological counseling mechanism for home-school cooperation,to help establish multi-level mental health management teams,to build up college students’sense of social responsibility,as well as to guide college students form active self-emotional regulation ability.The proposed multi-dimensional management strategy is expected to support student work by providing a theoretical foundation of psychological counseling to reduce the rate of mental illness.
