基 金:2021年度河北省高等教育教学改革研究与实践项目“线上线下混合式教学在病理学课程应用中的探讨”(2021GJJG160)。
摘 要:以河北医科大学2018级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,3个班级为实验组,采用线上线下混合式教学模式,其余3个班级为对照组,采用传统教学模式。利用期末考试、问卷调查等方式,分析混合式教学模式在“肾脏病理学”中的教学效果。期末考试成绩分析表明,实验组“肾脏病理学”部分的成绩明显高于对照组。调查问卷结果显示,实验组的学生对混合式教学模式普遍感到满意。混合式教学模式能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的自主学习能力,培养学生的团队合作精神,增进师生互动,提升教师教学水平,最终,教学质量得以提高。本研究为混合式教学模式在病理学教学中的推广应用奠定了实践基础。Students of clinical medicine enrolled in 2018 grade were regarded as the research objects.Three classes were taken as the experimental group,in which the“online and offline blended teaching mode”was taken.Other three classes were in the control group,in which the traditional teaching mode was adopted.The effect of the blended teaching mode applied in“Renal Pathology”was analyzed by means of final examination and questionnaire survey for the experimental group.Statistical analysis of the final examination indicated that the performance of the experimental group was notably higher,compared with the control group.The questionnaire result showed most students of the experimental group were satisfied with the blended teaching mode.The blended teaching mode can markedly inspire students’learning interest,enhance their ability in self-learning and cultivate their teamwork spirit,as well as promote the interaction between teachers and students and improve teaching quality.Eventually,teaching competence can be improved.This study lays a practical foundation for the promotion and application of the blended teaching mode in pathology teaching.
