摘　　要：香菇中含有丰富的营养物质,不仅是人们餐桌上的美味佳肴,更是人们健康的助手。通过对香菇化学成分和药理作用进行系统的论述,为其今后在食品、医疗等行业的开发与应用提供更多的参考。Lentinus edodes are rich in nutrients,which are not only delicious food,but also a helping hand for people’s health.By systematically discussing the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Lentinus edodes,more references are provided for their future development and application in food,medical and other industries.
