摘  要:以软枣猕猴桃品种赤焰为试材,研究不同粗度的插穗对硬枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明,粗度小于0.5cm的插穗较易形成愈伤,成活率显著高于粗度大于0.5cm的插穗。粗度大于0.6cm的插穗成活率较低,生根率较低。粗度小于0.5cm的插穗生根率较高,生根情况较好,其中粗度0.4~0.5cm的插穗单株生根数较多,且根系生长较好,根长较长。由此可见,软枣猕猴桃赤焰硬枝扦插时宜选择粗度0.4~0.5cm的插穗扦插效果较好。The effect of different cutting diameter on hard-wood cuttage of Actinidia arguta(Ken's Red)was studied.The result showed the stem diameter less than 0.5 cm were easier to form callus,the survival rate was significantly higher than that of stem diameter greater than 0.5 cm.The stem diameter greater than 0.6 cm had lower survival rate and rooting rate,the rooting rate of cuttings with stem diameter less than 0.5 cm was higher and the rooting condition was better.Among them,the cuttings with 0.4~0.5 cm stem diameter had more roots per plant,better root growth and longer root length.In conclusion,when cutting the hard-wood cuttage of Actinidia ar-guta,it is better to use the cuttings with the stem diameter of 0.4~0.5 cm.
