摘  要:常规的连续烧结点火炉温度控制方法通过分析淬火温度曲线,计算不同温度下的煤气比热值,实现对点火炉的温度控制,由于缺乏对点火炉热工的有效计算,其控制效果不佳。因此,本文提出基于自适应神经PID的炼铁用连续烧节点火炉温度控制方法,计算模糊PID控制参数,优化控制器的结构,分析点火炉内部热量变化情况,调整点火炉煤量。结果表明,利用本文提出的方法控制点火炉温度,炉膛内部升温时间较快,具备较为理想的温度控制性能。By analyzing the quenching temperature curve and calculating the specific heat value of gas at different temperatures,the conventional temperature control method for continuous sintering ignition furnace can realize temperature control for ignition furnace.Because of the lack of effective calculation for ignition furnace thermal work,the control effect is not good.Therefore,this paper puts forward a temperature control method based on adaptive neural PID for continuous burning nodal furnace in iron smelting,calculates the fuzzy PID control parameters,optimizes the structure of the controller,analyses the heat change inside the ignition furnace,and adjusts the coal quantity of the ignition furnace.The experimental analysis proves that when the temperature of the ignition furnace is controlled by the method proposed in this paper,the heating up time in the furnace is faster and the temperature control performance is better.
