摘 要:为了避免传统多电平逆变器因电容、二极管等元器件较多而导致的逆变器控制复杂、电容电压难以平衡等问题,提出一种新型八开关五电平逆变器拓扑结构,该拓扑为双独立电源对称结构,无需电容、二极管等元器件,所用元件的种类和个数较少,降低了逆变器控制的复杂度,使得整体设计更加紧凑和简洁。针对该拓扑在同相层叠调制策略下逆变器输出电压谐波性能优异,但输出功率不均衡以及开关损耗不相等的问题,提出一种新型双调制波策略,该调制策略在保证逆变器输出电压谐波性能优异的前提下,还能使其达到倍频效果,并实现了全幅值调制度下直流电源之间的输出功率均衡。最后通过仿真结果与实验研究共同验证了所提拓扑结构的优越性及其调制策略的可行性。In order to avoid the problems of complex inverter control and capacitor voltage balance difficulities caused by the large number of components such as capacitors and diodes in traditional multi-level inverters,a new eight switch five level inverter topology was proposed.The topology is a symmetrical structure with dual independent power sources,without the need for capacitors,diodes,and other components.The types and number of components are small,reducing the complexity of inverter control,and making the overall design more compact and concise.A new dual modulation wave strategy was proposed to address the issue of excellent harmonic performance of the inverter output voltage under the same phase stacked modulation strategy,but imbalanced output power and unequal switching losses.This modulation strategy ensures the excellent harmonic performance of the inverter output voltage,while also achieving frequency doubling effect and achieving output power balance between DC power sources under full amplitude modulation.Finally,the superiority of the proposed topology and the feasibility of its modulation strategy were verified through simulation results and experimental research.
