摘 要:试验旨在研究放牧条件下阿拉善双峰骆驼在不同季节乳成分的变化,采集了放牧条件下40峰阿拉善双峰驼的4个季节的驼乳,测定其乳成分和营养物质含量。结果显示:不同季节间乳成分及营养物质含量差异极显著。其中春季乳脂率最高,夏季最低;夏、冬季乳蛋白率高于春、秋季;冬季乳糖率最高,春季最低;夏、冬季非脂固形物比率高于春、秋季。夏、秋季驼乳中维生素B(VB)和维生素E(VE)含量高,春季最低;春季驼乳中维生素C(VC)含量最高,夏、秋季低。春季驼乳中钠、钙、磷、锌含量最高,夏、秋季低;夏、秋季驼乳中钾、铁、硒含量高,春季最低;春季驼乳中镁含量最高,冬季最低。春季驼乳中丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸含量最低,其他13种氨基酸含量均以春季最高。研究表明,在放牧情况下,驼乳成分随季节不同而发生明显变化。The purpose of the experiment was to study the changes of milk composition of Alxa Bactrian camel in different seasons under grazing conditions.The milk of 40 humped Alxa Bactrian camel in four seasons was collected under grazing conditions,and the milk composition and nutrient content were determined.The results showed that there were significant differences in milk composition and nutrient content among different seasons.The milk fat percentage was the highest in spring and the lowest in summer.The milk protein rate in summer and winter was higher than that in spring and autumn.The lactose rate was the highest in winter and the lowest in spring.The proportion of non-fat solids in summer and winter is higher than that in spring and autumn.The content of VB and VE were high in summer and autumn,and the lowest in spring.The content of VC was highest in spring and low in summer and autumn.The content of sodium,calcium,phosphorus and zinc were the highest in spring,but lower in summer and autumn.The content of potassium,iron and selenium were high in summer and autumn,and the lowest in spring.Magnesium content was highest in spring and lowest in winter.The content of alanine,valine,leucine and isoleucine were the lowest in spring,while the content of other 13 kind of amino acids were the highest in spring.The study indicates that the composition of camel milk changed obviously with different seasons under grazing conditions.
