摘 要:为了有效评估将传统硅油风扇优化为电控硅油风扇后的节油率,设计了一种基于底盘测功机和风扇试验台架的间接测试电控硅油风扇节油率的试验方法。首先在风扇试验台上测量风扇转速与能耗的曲线关系;其次基于底盘测功机开展万有特性试验,得出油耗、发动机转速和阻力功率的万有特性曲线;然后再采集评价工况下每时刻发动机转速和风扇转速;最后结合风扇能耗曲线和整车万有特性曲线,使用专用软件间接校核出匹配电控硅油风扇的节油率,并在某台样车上使用该方法开展试验。研究表明,所提出的该间接测试电控硅油风扇节油率的试验方法有效可行。In order to effectively evaluate the fuel saving rate of the traditional silicone oil fan after optimizing it into an electronically controlled silicone oil fan,a test method for indirectly testing the fuel saving rate of the electronically controlled silicone oil fan based on the chassis dynamometer and the fan test bench was designed.Firstly,the relationship between the speed and energy consumption of the fan is measured on the fan test-bed.Secondly,the universal characteristic curve of fuel consumption,engine speed and resistance power is obtained by the universal characteristic test based on the chassis dynamometer,then the engine speed and the fan speed are collected and evaluated at every moment.Finally,the fuel-saving rate of the electric-controlled silicon oil fan is checked indirectly by using special software,combining with the curve of the fan energy consumption and the universal characteristic curve of the whole vehicle,the method was tested on a prototype vehicle.The research showed that the proposed test method for indirectly testing the fuel saving rate of electronically controlled silicone oil fans is effective and feasible.
