摘　　要：近些年以来,随着人们对于天然与健康产品的消费需求与水平的不断提升,市场当中的蜂产品需求量也越来越大,有效推动了蜜蜂养殖业的发展。在发展过程中,蜜蜂产品的质量安全问题也随之而来,并受到了更多关注与重视。该文介绍分析了EURPGAP标准和HACCP原理在成熟蜂蜜生产过程中的实践应用,以及成熟蜂蜜生产群组织,包括培育适龄采集蜂和成熟蜂蜜生产群组织方式,希望能够借此为相关研究工作的开展提供更多可靠的参考依据。In recent years,there has been a growing demand for natural and healthy products,which has led to an increase in the demand for bee products in the market,effectively promoting the beekeeping industry.However,the development of this industry has also brought forth concerns regarding the quality and safety of bee products,which has garnered more attention and raised concerns.This study provides an analysis of the practical application of the EURPGAP standards and HACCP principles in the production process of mature honey,including the organization of bee colonies for the production of mature honey,such as cultivating age-appropriate bees for collection and organizing mature honey production groups.The aim of this study is to provide reliable reference for future research work in this area.
