围手术期甲状腺癌患者睡眠质量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺癌患者在围手术期睡眠质量及社会支持影响因素之间的关系。方法采用整群抽样法抽取2020年3月新入院的145位甲状腺癌患者,匹兹堡睡眠质量量表、领悟社会支持量表表进行评估。结果甲状腺癌患者睡眠总分、主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍催眠药物、日间功能障碍得分显著高于正常成人,低于失眠症患者。家庭支持、其他支持与睡眠总分和七个因子无统计学意义相关,朋友支持与睡眠总分、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍呈显著负相关。结论手术作为压力源,显著影响甲状腺癌患者睡眠质量,家庭支持越多睡眠质量越好,可通过促进其人际交往、沟通、健康教育、同伴支持、心理辅导进行改善。Objective To investigate the relationship between sleep quality and social support in patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period.Methods A total of 145 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital in March 2020 were selected by cluster sampling and evaluated by Pittsburgh sleep quality scale and perceived social support scale.Results The total sleep score,subjective sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disorder hypnotics,daytime dysfunction score of thyroid cancer patients were significantly higher than those of normal adults,and lower than those of insomnia patients.Family support and other support had no significant correlation with total sleep score and seven factors,while friend support had significant negative correlation with total sleep score,sleep time,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction.Conclusion As a source of pressure,surgery can significantly affect the sleep quality of patients with thyroid cancer.The more family support,the better sleep quality.It can be improved by promoting interpersonal communication,communication,health education,peer support and psychological counseling.
