构建共同体视角下科研育人的内涵、方法与路径

摘　　要：科研育人是提升高校思想政治工作质量的重要路径选择。科研育人的内涵从“人”的视角来审视,彰显立德树人的根本任务;从“全”的视角来审视,体现三全育人的目标导向;从“融”的视角来审视,强化科教融合的核心理念,从“新”的视角来审视,构建求实拓新的人生格局。高校要从坚定理想信念出发构建价值共同体,从弘扬科学家精神出发构建学术共同体,从改善师生关系出发构建情感共同体,从提高综合素质出发构建成长共同体,并从注重精神价值引领,完善体制机制建设,突出典型示范带动,强化环境氛围营造四个方面做实科研育人。Scientific research and education are crucial to improving the quality of ideological and polit-ical work in colleges and universities.When examined from the perspective of"human",the connota-tion of scientific research and education highlights the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue;from the perspective of"wholeness",the connotation of scientific research and education reflects the goal orientation of the three-wholeness education;from the perspective of"integration",scientific re-search and education strengthens the core concept of the integration of science and education;from the perspective of"new",scientific research and education constructs a new pattern of life.Colleges and u-niversities should construct a value community from the firm ideal and faith,build an academic commu-nity from promoting the scientists'spirit,build an emotions community from improving the relationship between teachers and students,and build a growth community from developing comprehensive quality.They should make full efforts to create four aspects of scientific research and education:emphasizing spiritual value guidance,improving the system and mechanism construction,highlighting the typical demonstration drive,and strengthening the environmental atmosphere.
