摘　　要：小儿功能性便秘的发病与“胃强脾弱”密切相关:胃强则食欲旺盛,乳食壅滞中焦,积而化热;脾弱则运化不及,津液不布,传导无力,糟粕不下。基于小儿生理、病理特点,在功能性便秘的辨证论治中,当脾胃分治:先治“胃强”之标,以损其所余而不伤正;后缓治“脾弱”之本,以补脾益气滋阴,补而不滞,进而恢复脾胃升降功能,使其运化有度,才能从根本上解决小儿便秘的发生及复发。附验案1则,以资验证。The onset of pediatric functional constipation is closely related to"strong stomach and weak spleen":if the stomach is strong,so the appetite is strong,milk or food is stagnant in the middle energizer,and heat is accu-mulated;if the spleen is weak,the transportation and transformation is weak,fluid is not distributed,conduction is weak,and dregs are not kept down.Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,in the di-agnosis and treatment of functional constipation,the spleen and stomach should be treated separately:first treat the symptoms of"strong stomach",so as to lose its surplus without hurting the right;then treat the root of"weak spleen"slowly,so as to nourish the spleen,benefit the qi and nourish the yin,in order to restore the lift and lower function of the spleen and stomach.Only by doing so can we fundamentally solve the occurrence and recurrence of constipation in children.One proven case is presented for verification.
