摘　　要：总结史正刚教授治疗胡桃夹综合征验案1则的经验,分析史教授辨证思路、遣方用药及临证特点,指出临证在准确诊断的基础上,紧握病机,分清主次,实时注意顾护脾胃,同时把握好活血、止血、养血之间的平衡,方可药到病除。This paper summarizes the experience of professor SHI Zhenggang in treating a case of nutcracker syndrome and analyzes his diagnostic and treatment principles,as well as his clinical characteristics.Based on accurate diagnosis,professor SHI focuses on grasping the pathogenesis,distinguishing between primary and secondary symptoms,and paying close attention to protecting the spleen and stomach in a timely manner.Meanwhile,he maintains a balance between promoting blood circulation,stopping bleeding,and nourishing blood to achieve effective treatment.
