摘 要:目的探讨均衡补充微量元素对高糖饮食大鼠的影响,为改善高糖饮食人群身体健康和开发探索安全有效的微量元素补充剂组合提供理论依据。方法选择雄性SPF级Wistar大鼠40只,随机分成空白(Blank)组、微量元素(TE)组、高糖饮食(HSD)组和高糖饮食+微量元素(HSD+TE)组,每组10只。Blank组和TE组给予普通饲料,HSD组和HSD+TE组给予高糖饲料,TE组和HSD+TE组通过灌胃方式给予微量元素混合溶液2mL/(kg·bw),Blank组和HSD组给予生理盐水2mL/(kg·bw),1次/d,连续12周,每周记录大鼠体质量。实验结束后测定大鼠血清微量元素、脾脏T淋巴细胞亚群、血清葡萄糖(GLU)、氧化应激和炎症因子水平。结果与Blank组相比,TE组大鼠血清硼(B)、钒(V)、钴(Co)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)、锶(Sr)和钼(Mo)元素含量升高(P<0.05),HSD组大鼠体质量升高(P<0.05),血清B、V、铬(Cr)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、Zn和Se元素含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和CD3^(+)CD4^(+)比例降低(P<0.05),血清GLU、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)含量增加(P<0.05);与HSD组相比,HSD+TE组大鼠体质量降低(P<0.05),血清B、V、Cr、Fe、Cu、Zn、Se、Sr、Mo元素含量和GSH-Px活性提高(P<0.05),血清GLU、MDA、TNF-α、IL-6含量下降(P<0.05)。结论均衡补充微量元素能够有效提高高糖饮食大鼠血清中部分微量元素的含量,缓解氧化应激和炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effects of balanced micronutrient supplementation on rats on a high-sucrose diet,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health of people on a high-sugar diet and developing and exploring safe and effective combinations of micronutrient supplements.Methods A total of 4O male SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:blank group(Blank),trace elements group(TE),high-sucrose diet group(HSD)and high-sucrose diet+trace elements group(HSD+TE),with 10 rats in each group.Blank and TE group were given ordinary diet,HSD and HSD+TE group were given high-sucrose diet,TE group and HSD+TE group were given a mixed solution of trace elements(2 mL/kg·bw)by intragastric administration,while Blank group and HSD group were given normal saline(2 mL/kg·bw),once a day,for consecutive 12 weeks,and the body weight of rats was measured weekly.After the experiment,the levels of trace elements in serum,T lymphocyte subsets in spleen,GLU,oxidative stress and inflammatory factors were determined.Results Compared with Blank group,the contents of boron(B),vanadium(V),cobalt(Co),zinc(Zn),selenium(Se),strontium(Sr)and molybdenum(Mo)in serum of rats in TE group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the body weight of rats in HSD group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the contents of B,V,chro-mium(Cr),iron(Fe),copper(Cu),Zn and Se,the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the proportion of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the contents of GLU,malondialdehyde(MDA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum were significantly increased(P<0.05);Compared with HSD group,the body weight of rats in HSD+TE group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the contents of B,V,Cr,Fe,Cu,Zn,Se,Sr,Mo and the activity of GSH-Px were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the contents of GLU,MDA,TNF-αand IL-6 in serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Balanced supplement of trace elements can effectively increase the content of some trace eleme
