摘  要:目的:建立科学严谨的绩效考核质控体系,真正让质量控制落地实施,减少体检流程中的差错率,切实提高科室内涵建设,提升受检者满意度。方法:首先,通过实施前的问题梳理,制定出相应的管理方案并进行实施,包括:实行标准化管理流程;成立积分制绩效考核下的持续质量改进小组;对不同岗位及小组间进行联动管理,优化流程;引入周边绩效,鼓励合作共赢。其次,对关键环节的绩效进行考核,包括体检报告的质量、检前咨询岗位、各分科室描述及诊断录入及员工综合素质,并对以上考核内容,在质控实施前后进行效果评价。最后,对受检者满意度进行调查。结果:与质控实施前相比,质控管理后体检报告的合格率(%)、各分科室描述及诊断录入正确率(%)、体检项目完整率(%)均较质控实施前明显升高(P<0.05)。体检效率方面,通过优化体检办理流程、加强前台接待和医师咨询岗位之间的互动,接待个人体检人数同比增长21.89%。员工各方面能力均较质控前显著升高(P<0.01)。受检者满意度由91.0分上升至98.0分,较质控前升高显著(P=0.000)。结论:建立健全的健康管理(体检)机构全流程质量控制体系,是保证体检质量、减少体检差错率、提高受检者满意度的重要措施。Objective:To establish a scientific and rigorous performance evaluation quality control system,truly implement quality control,reduce error rates in the physical examination process,effectively improve the connotation construction of the department,and enhance the satisfaction of the examinates.Methods:Firstly,by sorting out the issues before implementation,develop corresponding management plans and implement them,including:implementing standardized management processes;Establish a continuous quality improvement team under the point based performance evaluation system;Linkage management between different positions and groups to optimize processes;Introduce peripheral performance and encourage win-win cooperation.Secondly,the performance of key links will be evaluated,including the quality of physical examination reports,pre examination consultation positions,descriptions and diagnostic inputs of each department,and the overall quality of employees.The above assessment content will be evaluated before and after the implementation of quality control.Finally,conduct a survey on the satisfaction of the subjects.Results:Compared with before the implementation of quality control,the qualification rate(%)of physical examination reports,the accuracy rate(%)of descriptions and diagnostic inputs of each department,and the completeness rate(%)of physical examination items after quality control management were significantly higher than before the implementation of quality control(P<0.05).In terms of physical examination efficiency,by optimizing the process of physical examination processing and strengthening the interaction between front desk reception and physician consultation positions,the number of individuals receiving physical examinations increased by 21.89% year-on-year.The abilities of employees in all aspects were significantly improved compared to before quality control(P<0.01).The satisfaction of the test subjects increased from 91 points to 98.0 points,significantly higher than before quality control(P-0.000).Co
