Aiming at the coordination of port service supply chain when market demand is affected by service level in emergencies,a two-stage port service supply chain decision model consisting of port enterprises and logistics service providers is constructed to investigate the optimal decision of members in achieving supply chain coordination by a joint revenue sharing-cost sharing(RS-CS)contract.The results show that the benchmark revenue sharing contract cannot achieve coordination of the port service supply chain, and the service level and optimal decision of the supply chain members will be lower than the centralized decision model, and the RS-CS contract can effectively coordinate the port service supply chain and motivate the logistics service providers to improve their service level. However, emergencies will affect the effectiveness of the original contract coordination, which can be achieved by modifying the contract parameters to adjust the service price and recoordinating the port service supply chain..The numerical example part verifies the validity and reliability of the model by analyzing the influence of relevant parameters and demand distribution changes on the optimal decision.
