摘 要:300 MVA脉冲发电机高压变频器自适应调速能力过差会降低发电机组同步控制驱动能力,为了使300 MVA脉冲发电机高压变频器在阶跃负载时能快速、精确地调节至目标转速,提出在线频率分析下的300 MVA脉冲发电机高压变频器自适应调速方法,该方法通过分析300 MVA脉冲发电机工作原理,结合高压变频器技术特点建立高压变频器数学模型,并利用ModBus通信协议建立二线式连接通路,采集实际工况下模型实时数据。利用时频分析法优化数据,并将优化数据作为语言变量输入PID控制器,根据控制器输出的控制信号,实现300 MVA脉冲发电机高压变频器自适应调速。实验结果表明,所提方法调速效率高、调速精度高。The poor adaptive speed regulation capability of the 300 MVA pulse generator high-voltage converter will reduce the synchronous control drive capability of the generator set.In order to enable the 300 MVA pulse generator high-voltage converter to quickly and accurately adjust to the target speed under step load,an adaptive speed regulation method of the 300 MVA pulse generator high-voltage converter under online frequency analysis is proposed.This method analyzes the working principle of the 300 MVA pulse generator,combined with the technical characteristics of high-voltage converter,the mathematical model of high-voltage converter is established,and a two-wire connection path is established using ModBus communication protocol to collect the real-time data of the model under actual working conditions.The time frequency analysis method is used to optimize the data,and the optimized data is input into the PID controller as a language variable.According to the control signal output by the controller,the adaptive speed regulation of the 300 MVA pulse generator high-voltage converter is realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high speed regulation efficiency and high speed regulation accuracy.
