下咽食管同时性多原发癌内镜黏膜下剥离术诊治1例报道

摘　　要：下咽食管同时性多原发癌早期无特异性症状,难以早期诊治,预后差。本文报道1例体检发现下咽食管同时性多发早期癌病例,对病灶进行白光、Lugol碘染色及窄带成像放大内镜观察后分次对3处病灶行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗,术后复查见下咽、食管恢复良好。Synchronous multiple primary carcinoma of hypopharynx and esophagus has no specific symptoms in the early stage,so it is difficult to make early diagnosis and treatment,and the prognosis is poor.This paper reported a case of synchronous multiple early carcinoma of hypopharynx and esophagus found by physical examination.Three lesions were treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection after white light,Lugol iodine staining and narrow band imaging magnifying endoscopy.Postoperative reexamination showed that hypopharynx and esoph-agus recovered well.
