摘　　要：2022年初上海市SARS-CoV-2奥密克戎变异株流行,上海中医药大学附属曙光医院西院院区作为SARS-CoV-2感染患者定点医院开展了相关确诊病例的急诊内镜诊疗工作。目前SARS-CoV-2感染的暴发流行期已过去,但仍存在后续再度流行的可能,并且SARS-CoV-2仍有变异可能,内镜操作中的防护工作仍需继续提高警惕,因此本文总结定点医院的内镜诊疗实践工作,参考国家卫生健康委员会最新发布的文件,结合国家有关SARS-CoV-2感染防控期间消化内镜操作的防控措施的规范,梳理并总结了相关经验和体会,以供内镜及相关临床工作者参考。At the beginning of 2022,there was an epidemic of the Omicron variant of SARA-CoV-2 in Shanghai.The West Hospital of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,as a designated hospital for confirmed cases.At present,the epidemic period of the SARA-CoV-2 infection has passed,but there is still the possibility of subsequent re-epidemic,and the SARA-CoV-2 still has the possibility of mutation,and the protection work in endoscopic operation needs to continue to be vigilant.Therefore,this article summarized the practice of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in designated hospitals,referring to the latest documents released by the National Health Commission,and combined with the national norms on the prevention and control measures of digestive endoscopy during the prevention and control of SARA-CoV-2 infection,the relevant experience and experience were sorted out and summarized for reference by endoscopy and related clinical workers.
