摘　　要：通过报道1例以腹痛、黑便为首发症状、诊断为小肠EB病毒阳性黏膜皮肤溃疡患者的诊治情况,以提高对此类罕见病的认识,期望为临床诊治疑似小肠出血提供有益参考。By reviewing the diagnosis and treatment of a case of intestinal EB virus positive mucocutaneous skin ulcer with abdominal pain and black stool as the initial symptoms,in order to improve our understanding of this rare disease and hope to provide a useful reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of suspected small bowel bleeding.
