摘 要:为探究十字花科蔬菜常发害虫小菜蛾的物理防治技术,利用高压静电场处理上海青菜种,测定了不同处理时间下小菜蛾繁殖参数和抗氧化酶系的活性。结果表明,小菜蛾取食高压静电场(HVEF)处理过的上海青后发育受到抑制,产卵前期显著长于对照组;同时处理组的产卵期延长,随着处理时间增加产卵天数呈先上升后下降的趋势,在10 min处理下达到最低值;小菜蛾体内SOD活性呈上升趋势且显著高于对照组,60 min达到最大值;而POD与CAT活性显著低于对照组。酶活性的变化对小菜蛾体内MDA含量产生了显著影响。HVEF处理菜种主要通过改变小菜蛾体内的活性氧的水平,对小菜蛾的种群产生不利影响。研究为制定小菜蛾的生态防控策略提供了思路,为设施蔬菜行业的健康发展提供了实验数据。To investigate the physical control technology of Plutella xylostella,a frequent pest of cruciferous vegetables,the reproductive parameters and the activities of antioxidant enzyme systems of Plutella xylostella were measured under different treatment times by using high voltage electrostatic fields(HVEF)to treat green vegetable seeds(Brassica rapa var.chinensis).The results showed that the development of P.xylostella was inhibited after feeding on Brassica chinensis treated with HVEF,mainly in the early oviposition stage,which was significantly longer than that of the control group;meanwhile,the oviposition period of the treatment group was extended,and oviposition days showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing as the treatment time increased,reaching the lowest value under the 10 min treatment.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the body was increased and significantly higher than that in the control group,reaching the maximum value at 60 min.In contrast,peroxidase activity(POD)and the activity of catalas(CAT)was significantly lower than that of the control group.The change in enzymatic activity had a remarkable impact on the malondialdehyde(MDA)content in P.xylostella.Thus,HVEF-treated Brassica chinensis seeds adversely affected the population of P.xylostella mainly by changing the level of reactive oxygen species in P.xylostella.These findings provide ideas for the development of ecological control strategies for P.xylostella.and experimental data for the healthy development of the facility vegetable industry.
