摘　　要：高质量充分就业是中国式现代化建设的重要支撑。面对激烈的就业竞争,高校毕业生求职取向呈现挤压加剧、求稳增强、慢懒凸显等聚合化样态,其形成有着具体的客观条件和普遍的心理基础。对此,应深入剖析高校毕业生的求职取向变动,从客观起因、主观动因、心理成因3个维度探究其生成机理,从强化就业顶层设计、深化求职能力培养、优化就业指导服务等3个角度,探索中国式现代化背景下高校毕业生求职取向的引导策略,力促高校毕业生高质量充分就业。High-quality full employment is an important support for Chinese-style modernization drive.Faced with the fierce employment competition,college graduates'job-hunting orientation presents the phenomenon of increased competition,pursuing stability,lazy and delayed employment.Its formation has specific objective conditions and general psychological basis.In this regard,we should deeply analyze the change of college graduates'job-hunting orientation,Explore its formation mechanism from three dimensions:objective cause,subjective cause and psychological cause,and explore the guidance strategies of college graduates'job-hunting orientation under the background of Chinese-style modernization from three perspectives of strengthening the top-level design of employment,deepening the training of jobhunting ability and optimizing employment guidance services.Promoting high quality and full employment of college graduates.
