摘 要:某柴油发动机在-35℃低温环境起动过程中,出现旋装式滤清器总成渗漏故障,本文从设计选型、装配以及零部件等方面对故障分析。分析发现密封圈耐低温性能差是滤清器总成渗漏的主要原因,故改善密封圈材质并进行试验。试验结果表明密封圈材质由丁腈橡胶改为氟硅橡胶,耐受温度从-35℃提升至-43℃,试验过程无任何渗漏问题,旋装式滤清器总成耐低温性能明显提升。A diesel engine has a leakage fault in the spin-on filter assembly during start-up in a low temperature environment of-35℃.This article analyzes the fault in terms of design selection,assembly,and parts.The analysis found that poor sealing ring resistance to cold temperatures was the main cause of leakage in the filter assembly,and therefore the sealing ring material was improved and tested.The test results showed that the sealing ring material was changed from NBR to FVMQ rubber,and the resistance to the sealing ring increased from-35°C to-43°C,there was no leakage problem during the test,and the spin-on filter assembly had significantly improved its resistance to low temperatures.
