浅谈汽车供应链铝合金高压铸造企业过程审核

摘　　要：随着汽车轻量化要求不断提高,越来越多的汽车零件采用铝合金材质。而高压铸造铝合金零件具有尺寸精度、表面光洁度、强度和硬度高,抗腐蚀性强的优势。并且因其生产效率高,节约材料,自动化程度高等特点,高压铸造是相关汽车零部件的首选工艺。本文从整车厂角度对高压铸造企业的项目及产品质量策划,分供方与采购物料管理,服务及顾客满意,与生产制造过程四个方面的审核关注点和方法进行探讨,对于压铸生产过程中应重点管控的内容进行分析与阐述,期待对高压铸造企业的质量提升提供参考。With the continuous improvement of vehicle lightweight requirements,more and more automotive parts are made of aluminum alloy.High pressure casting of aluminum alloy parts has the advantages of dimensional accuracy,surface finish,strength,hardness,and strong corrosion resistance.Due to its high production efficiency,material saving,and high degree of automation,high pressure casting is the preferred process for related automotive components.This article discusses the audit concerns and methods of high-pressure casting enterprises from the perspective of vehicle manufacturers in four aspects:project and product quality planning,sub supplier and procurement material management,service and customer satisfaction,and production and manufacturing processes.It analyzes and elaborates the key control contents in the production process of die casting,and looks forward to providing reference for the quality improvement of high-pressure casting enterprises.
