摘 要:从提高自动化生产线综合实践培训课程的教学效果出发,以培养学生的专业能力为目标,基于Pqart机器人仿真软件,设计汽车轮毂虚拟仿真抛光工艺。构建虚拟与实践相结合的混合实训教学模式,解决了课程知识点广泛、人均实训设备有限、实践教学由于客观条件的限制,设备有限,并且涉及的知识点较多,学生学起来难度高、上课的效果不理想。通过Pqart仿真的软件的融入学生的学习主动性得到了极大的调动,学习兴趣也有乐很大的提高,取得良好的教学效果。Starting from improving the teaching effect of the comprehensive practical training course for automated production lines,with the goal of cultivating students'professional abilities,a virtual simulation polishing process for automotive wheel hubs is designed based on Pqart robot simulation software.The construction of a hybrid training teaching model that combines virtual and practical teaching solves the problem of a wide range of curriculum knowledge points,limited per capita training equipment,and limited equipment for practical teaching due to objective conditions,as well as involving a large number of knowledge points,which makes it difficult for students to learn and the effect of class is not ideal.Through the integration of Pqart simulation software,students'learning initiative has been greatly mobilized,their learning interest has also been greatly improved,and good teaching results have been achieved.
