摘 要:凸轮轴作为柴油机配气机构的重要组成部分,其中主要作用之一就是控制气门的周期性开启、关闭,实现对柴油机进、排气过程的精确控制。合理的配气相位及凸轮轴型线设计对柴油机性能的提升有着至关重要的作用。本文通过对试验验证结果的分析,研究了不同的凸轮轴方案的气门重叠角及进气门升程对柴油机性能与排放的影响,研究表明,通过适当的增大气门重叠角和进气门升程,可以有效提高柴油机充气效率的同时降低排温,进而提升柴油机性能。这对于柴油机的性能优化提升具有重要的指导意义。As the main part of the valve mechanism,one of the main functions of the camshaft is to control the periodic opening and closing of the valve,so as to realize the precise control of the engine intake and exhaust process.Reasonable distribution phase and camshaft profile play an important role in the improvement of diesel engine performance.In this paper,the effects of different valve overlap angles and intake valve lift on diesel engine performance and emission are studied through experiments.The results show that properly increasing the overlap Angle of the valve and intake valve lift can effectively improve the inflation efficiency,reduce the exhaust temperature and improve the performance of the diesel engine.It has certain guiding significance for diesel engine performance optimization.
