摘 要:以《职业教育提质培优行动计划(2020-2023)》对“健全德技并修育人机制”的总体要求为背景,根据对“德技并修”内涵的理解,从教什么、谁来教、在哪儿教、怎么教四个维度,以高职汽车制造与试验技术专业为例,构建“德技并修”人才培养体系,并以明确的人才培养目标为逻辑起点,从畅通育人主渠道、构筑育人主阵地、打造育人主力军和主战场、注入育人主动力等四个方面探索高职汽车专业“德技并修”人才培养的实现路径,为高职汽车专业发展探索新方向。Based on the general requirements of"perfecting the technical training mechanism of moral education"in the Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Vocational Education(2020-2023),and based on the understanding of the connotation of"Morality and Technology",the talent training system of"Morality and Technology"is constructed from four dimensions,including what to teach,who to teach,where to teach and how to teach,taking automobile manufacturing and test technology major as an example.Based on the clear objectives of talent training,this paper explores the realization path of"integration of morality and training"talent training for automotive major in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:unobstructing the main channel of education,establishing the main position of education,building the main force and the main battlefield of education,and injecting the enthusiasm of education.It explores a new direction for the development of automobile major in higher vocational college.
