摘　　要：目的构建肿瘤化学治疗资质护士核心能力评价指标体系,为肿瘤化学治疗资质护士核心能力培训及评价提供参考依据。方法通过文献研究、专家会议确定指标体系初稿,并编制专家函询问卷,采用德尔菲法对7省市15家医院的19名专家进行2轮函询。结果各指标重要性评分为4.16~5.00,变异系数为0.00~0.17;专家积极系数95%、100%,专家熟悉系数为0.940、0.963,专家判断系数为0.960、0.958,专家权威系数为0.950、0.960,第二轮一级、二级、三级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.263、0.300、0.219(P<0.01)。最终构建的指标体系包含3个一级指标、12个二级指标、58个三级指标。结论肿瘤化学治疗资质护士核心能力评价指标体系的专家函询意见科学、合理,可为肿瘤化学治疗资质护士的培训、评价提供参考。Objective To construct the core competence evaluation index system for qualified cancer chemotherapy nurses and provide reference for training and evaluation on core competence for qualified chemotherapy nurses.Method Form the first draft of index system by literature research and expert consultation.Nineteen experts from fifteen hospitals in seven provinces and cities receive two rounds of Delphi consultation by compiled the inquiry questionnaire.Result The score on importance of each index is 4.16~5.00,variation coefficient is 0.00~0.17.Expert positive coefficient is≥95%,expert familiarity coefficient is 0.940、0.963,expert judgement coefficient is 0.960、0.958,expert authority coefficient is 0.950、0.960.Kendall concordance cofficients are 0.263,0.300 and 0.219 forⅠclass index,Ⅱclass index andⅢclass indexes(P<0.01).The index system constructed includes 3 first class indexes,12 second class indexes and 58 third class indexes.Conclusion Advice from expert consultation is scientific and resonable for core competence evaluation index system of qualified cancer chemotherapy nurses,which can provide reference for training and evaluation on core competence for qualified chemotherapy nurses.
