摘  要:针对电驱动系统引起的车辆电磁干扰问题,文中采用分模块的精确建模方式构建了电驱动系统电磁干扰(Electromagnetic Interference,EMI)预测模型。该模型由电机高频等效电路模型和逆变器模型两部分构成。基于矢量匹配法对电机阻抗幅频特性曲线进行拟合,建立了电机高频等效电路模型。在逆变器模型中考虑了绝缘栅极双晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT)与散热片间的寄生参数对系统电磁干扰的影响。利用所构建EMI模型对车辆电驱动系统共模干扰电压进行了预测,结果表明在0.1~100 MHz范围内,仿真与实测结果误差不超过10 dB。In view of the problem of vehicle electromagnetic interference caused by electric drive system,an Electromagnetic Interference(EMI)prediction model of the electric drive system is established using precise modeling method of modules.The model consists of the high-frequency equivalent circuit model of the motor and the inverter model.Based on vector-fitting method,the motor impedance amplitude-frequency curve is fitted,and a high-frequency equivalent circuit model of the motor is established.In the inverter model,the influence of the parasitic parameters between IGBT and radiator on the system EMI is considered.The common mode interference voltage of the electric drive system is predicted using the established EMI model.The results show that the error between the simulated and measured results is less than 10 dB in the range of 0.1~100 MHz.
