高校思想政治教育工作者坚定文化自信路径探析

摘　　要：高校思想政治教育工作者坚定文化自信对高校发挥文化传承创新职能、实现“三全育人”、完成立德树人使命,对大学生坚定文化自信,促进中华民族伟大复兴具有重要意义。但由于育人主体地位认识存在偏差、思想政治理论功底不深、外来文化及新媒体传播技术的冲击等,高校思想政治教育工作者文化自信程度无法满足新时代育人要求。高校思想政治教育工作者要进一步树牢“铸魂育人”意识,沉下心来研读经典文献夯实文化根基,创新育人形式提升育人实效,加强交流协作共融共通,在育人实践中坚定文化自信。It is of great significance for ideological and political educators in colleges and universities to strengthen their cultural self-confidence to give full play to the functions of cultural inheritance and innovation,realize the"three complete education",and accomplish the mission of establishing morality and cultivating people.It is also of great significance for college students to strengthen their cultural confidence and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,due to the deviation in the understanding of the status of the main body of education,the weak foundation of ideological and political theory,and the impact of foreign culture and new media communication technology,the cultural self-confidence of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities cannot meet the requirements of education in the new era.The ideological and political education personnel in colleges and universities should further strengthen the consciousness of"casting the soul and educating people",focus their minds on studying the classic literature,consolidate the cultural foundation,innovate the forms of education,improve the effectiveness of education,strengthen communication and cooperation,and reinforce cultural confidence in the practice of education.
