摘 要:为准确高效地鉴定番茄杂交种纯度,以美小红及其父母本为试验材料,从48对核心InDel标记中挑选3对在双亲中具有明显差异且条带清晰的InDel标记,对100个美小红单株进行纯度检测,并与田间调查结果相比较。结果表明,在3对分子标记检测结果中,100个杂交种单株中有98个表现为父母本双亲互补的共显性条带,2个单株表现为母本类型的条带,种子纯度为98%,上述结果与大田鉴定结果高度一致。因此,利用该方法可准确高效地检测杂交种纯度,节约检测成本,缩短检测时间。In order to identify the purity of tomato hybrid seeds accurately and efficiently,Meixiaohong and their parental inbred lines were used to detect the primers polymorphism.From 48 pairs core InDel markers,3 pairs with clear bands and significant difference in both parents were selected to identify the purity of 100 Meixiaohong individual plants,then compared with the result of field investigation.The identification results were completely consistent by 3 InDel markers.Of the 100 Meixiaohong individuals,98 plants were amplified the codominant bands of parental inbred lines and 2 plants were amplified the same band as the female parent.Therefore,the seed purity of'Meixiaohong'reached 98%,which were highly consistent with the result obtained in the field investigation.This method can be used to identify the hybrids purity accurately and quickly,which saves the cost and time greatly.
